Library Makeover

Your Library has a fresh new look. With the new layout, you can easily navigate through the stream of videos—whether they are recordings, highlights, or stories. We’ve also introduced ‘list view’ to the Library, allowing you to skim through the content and find what you’re looking for faster.

Advanced Filter Options

Find what you’re looking for instantly with the new advanced filter options. Filter by title, use #tags, and refine your search by date to find the videos you want to view and share. 

Enable Single Sign On 🔐 

Give your team the power to access Grain without compromising on security. Enabling SSO for your workspace allows you to have deeper administrative control and adds an additional layer of protection to your meeting data. This feature is only available on the Grain Enterprise plan.

Integrate Grain with Your Slack

With our improved Slack integration, you can share Highlights created from a recording directly to any Slack channel from within Grain. 

Got an awesome quote from a customer? Need to share product feedback with your engineering team? Just clip and send the video to a Slack channel or message it to a team member directly from Grain. 

Auto-tag Recurring Meetings

You can now add tags to your recordings in advance. When you add a tag to a recurring meeting, all instances of the event will be auto-tagged. Head to the ‘Record Call’ page and click on ‘#add tag’ to tag your upcoming meetings. 

Save your important content with Bookmarks

Have a favorite Highlight from a customer? Need to easily come back to a recording later? Use Bookmarks to easily reference important content. Bookmark videos in Grain to easily come back to them later.
