As someone working directly with customers, you often want to share customer calls with your team or stakeholders. However, let's face it: watching an hour-long recording or joining every customer call can be time-consuming and inconvenient.

But here's the good news: there's a better way! You can now automatically record and share AI-meeting summaries directly to your preferred Slack channels. This allows you to effortlessly keep your team updated on the latest customer insights and learnings, without any manual effort.

Simply add Grain to your customer meetings and integrate it with your Slack workspace. AI-meeting summaries will be automatically sent to any channel or individual you choose.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Setup your Grain account

Grain offers AI-powered meeting recording for everyone, not just sales. It enables you to effortlessly record, transcribe, and share important parts of your customer calls using AI, freeing you from the burden of taking notes and allowing you to fully focus on the call.

To get started, sign up for Grain and create your workspace.

Step 2: Connect Grain with your Slack workspace

Go to Automations > Slack and click on “Get Started” and connect Grain with your Slack workspace.

Step 3: Decide the type of meetings you’d like to send to Slack

After connecting, you can choose which meetings to share and where to share them.

  • Use Filters to select the specific type of meetings you want to send to Slack. You can filter meetings by Owner, People (participants), and Tags. For example, if you want to send meetings with a particular customer to a Slack channel, you can use the People filter.
  • Search for and choose the Slack channel where you want to send the AI-generated meeting summaries.

Step 4: Sync AI-summaries of your meetings with the preferred Slack channels

That's it!

Once you set up the Automation, whenever you have a meeting that meets certain conditions you've specified, like a meeting with particular customers, Grain will automatically share the AI-generated summary and important points with your team via Slack.

Want to add more automation? Simply click on "+ New Automation" to create a new filter and select the Slack channel where you want to receive the AI-generated meeting summaries. No need to write and share meeting notes or recaps manually. Grain AI will handle it for you.
